Firm, cool, polished nose, citrus and stone fruit, elegant herbaceous aromas, tart mineral traces. Firm sweet fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes, firm, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, yeasty notes, persistent and grippy, has some depth, still young, salty notes, refreshingly juicy with some bite on a very good finish that is both tart and sweet.
