Clear, cold, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and nutty notes. elegant herbaceous and vegetal notes, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, fairly firm tannins, persistent and grippy, firm, prominent mineral notes, firm grip and bite, good depth, still undeveloped, crisp style, very fresh and lively, some sugar candy, quite cold again on a firm, tart, very good long finish.
