Cool, clearly vegetal nose, a little reminiscent of broccoli with restrained, calm yellow-fruity aromas and nutty traces. Tart, again cool fruit, very fine acidity, delicate smoky and nutty tones, again vegetal aromas, hints of white pepper in the background, quite clear minerality, has elegance and moderate melting, good persistence, some bite, certain depth, very good, clear, fine-juicy, tart finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester und kühler, recht floraler und etwas holzwürziger Duft nach reifem Kernobst mit nussigen Aromen. Auch im Mund recht fest und eher kühl, geschliffene, herbe, dabei reife Frucht mit feinen vegetabilen und rauchig-holzigen Aromen, florale Noten und viel Pistazie am Gaumen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig, deutlich mineralisch, ein wenig Speck im Hintergrund, kräuterige Nuancen, hat Spannung, gewinnt mit Luft merklich an Tiefe, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter Abgang.
