Cool, somewhat floral and herbal, also yeasty citrus pome fruit scent with mushroomy nuances and a little yellow spice. Tart, firm, bright fruit, nutty, yeasty and smoky notes, a little dried-vegetable, has grip, quite fine mousseux, distinct minerality, tobacco nuances, good depth, very good, firm, tart, again grippy finish
