Translate to English Unruhige, aber recht komplexe, deutlich kräuterige und einen Hauch grasige Nase nach teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit etwas Birne und kühler Mineralik. Ziemlich fest gewirkt im Mund, noch etwas unruhig und verschlossen, mit herben pflanzlichen und deutlich mineralischen Tönen, feine, präsente Säure, etwas Kohlensäure, griffig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisser Schmelz, wirkt nicht völlig trocken, aber dennoch in bester Balance, straff, noch spürbarer Schwefel, sehr guter Abgang. Muss etwas reifen.
