Clear, cool, delicately woody-spicy apple-melon scent with delicate nutty notes and mineral, even almost a bit earthy notes. Clear, strong and melty in the mouth, fine juicy fruit with nutty tones and a hint of wood, very fine, lively, animating acidity, some minerality in the background, quite cool nature, best balance, very good finish.
