Herbal-vegetable, somewhat yeasty-mushroomy and a hint of earthy scent with citrus and pome fruit aromas, a hint of dark berries, floral nuances and clearly marjoram. Lardy fruit with clearly vegetal and somewhat nutty tones, delicately waxy and hints of woodiness, suitable acidity, marjoram again on the palate, some persistence, hints of liquorice and juniper, good to very good warm finish.
