2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Merlot-Lagrein "Yhrn", Alto Adige, Italy

Quite firm, clear aroma of predominantly black berries with a hint of cherries, hints of pepper as well as floral and herbal nuances. Tart fruit, slightly ethereal notes, some nutty and tobacco wood, hints of soy, fine sandy tannin, peppery tones, some juniper, warming alcohol, very good, tart finish.
