2018 trocken "Pala Feher", EC

Relatively cool, firm, somewhat vegetal to dried herbal, floral and noticeably smoky scent of yellow fruits with a hint of dried mushrooms, bacon and pepper. Ripe, tightly knit fruit with melting and some sweetness, some light wood aromas and a hint of wax, lively acidity, has grip of ripe tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, mushrooms, long pepper and currants in the background, salty minerality, hints of fennel and sage in the very good finish.
