Editor note: Tart, firm and deep, somewhat ethereal, polished aroma of ripe black berries, dried herbs, juniper and pepper with a little bitter chocolate and liquorice as well as smoky, slightly toasty and also mineral notes. Firmly woven, deep, concentrated, tart-juicy, yet distinctly noble fruit, present, fine tannin, smoky and slightly cedary wood notes, fine acidity, dried herbs, pepper and juniper on the palate, deep, complex and persistent, distinct minerality, some sesame, has grip, very good, firm, tart-juicy and somewhat toasty finish with cocoa notes and salt.
