Slightly cloudy, bright yellow. Cool, herbal and yeasty citrus nose with some stone fruit and light nutty hints. Cool, slender and bright, finely juicy fruit, distinctly yeasty notes, again with nutty and herbal hints, chalky and salty tones, good sustainability, quite lively, fine acidity, very good, cool, bitter finish with grip.
