Restrained, yeasty, a little herbaceous-vegetable and delicately nutty aroma with hints of yellow fruit and a touch of butter. Calm, mellow, very delicately sweet fruit, yeasty and nutty tones, a little root vegetables and a hint of mushrooms on the palate, again a hint of butter, salt in the background, good, still very slightly muted finish.
