Cloudy raspberry red. Clear, quite fresh red berry nose with fine herbal and yeasty notes, a hint of citrus fruits and floral traces. Cool, fine-juicy fruit, yeasty nuances, very delicate nutty and smoky tones, a little floral in the background, hints of mushrooms and parsley, delicate grip, very fine acidity, certain persistence, chalky-mineral tones, animating fine-juicy finish.
