Very slightly cloudy, light yellow. Nutty and a little yeasty fragrance with pome fruit notes, citrus traces and delicate vegetal hints. Taut, lean yet substantial, fine, tart fruit, nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, some acid bite and noticeable grip of very fine, ripe tannin, quite persistent on the palate, chalky-salty minerality, a hint of smoke, good to very good finish with traction.
