Clear, cool, tart, delicately nutty and yeasty and a hint of vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity and delicately floral aromas. Again restrained, tart-juicy, bright fruit, some acid bite and yeasty nuances, also herbal and white-peppery tones, some chalk and salt, good persistence, good to very good, relatively juicy finish with some draw.
