Somewhat yeasty, floral and herbal, also very slightly peppery aroma with rather bright yellow fruity aromas and nutty tones. Relatively bright fruit with present acidity and noticeable tannic grip, tart herbal notes on the palate, nutty flavours and a hint of pepper, good persistence, distinct, chalky-salty minerality, good persistence, plenty of bite, good to very good finish
