Rather firm, tart, dried herbal fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas, a little fennel and currant leaves. Fine juicy, almost cool, absolutely dry fruit, vegetable and delicate floral tones, again a little fennel, very fine acidity, delicate touch, good persistence, light mineral tones, delicate gooseberry notes, nutty hints, very good, again calm finish with minerality and fine spice
