Cloudy ochre. Cool and fresh, yeasty pome fruit-citrus nose with bright nutty aromas, floral traces and hints of yellow spice. Tight, tangy fruit, clearly nutty and yeasty aromas, a little tobacco and yellow spice, pepper in the background, herbal to herbal tones, persistence, some power, plenty of grip of ripe tannin, smoky nuances, lots of salt, very good, firm, tangy finish with grip and pull.
