2011 Barolo DOCG Riserva "Naturali Vinorum", Piedmont, Italy

Developed, mushroom-like, bacon-like nose, reminiscent of dried parsley, with iodine, slightly woody, floral and peppery notes. Tart, again developed fruit on the palate, notes of tobacco, undergrowth and mushrooms, also dried vegetal notes, fine dusty tannins, fairly persistent, salty and peppery notes, very slightly brittle, but slightly more creamy with light, very good finish with a bite.
