Cool, polished and deep, bright yellow fruity nose with very fine vegetal and also floral aromas, some pack choi, hints of white pepper and clear minerality. Ripe, bright, tightly knit and fine-juicy fruit, lively, polished acidity, persistent, dense and grippy on the palate, notes reminiscent of fennel and also a little rhubarb, plus pak choi again, has substance, power and depth, but remains elegant, already seemingly accessible due to its perfect, almost natural balance, yet completely undeveloped, floral nuances, mineral foundation, long, complex finish. Will be able to mature for a long time.
