Rather firm, tart, still undeveloped bouquet with bright yellow-fruity aromas, clearly herbal tones, floral nuances and minerality. Tight, tangy, almost cool fruit, fine, quite lively acidity, lots of grip of ripe tannin, tart herbaceous-herbal flavours, a hint of dark berries, salt in the background, lasting, certain depth, quite firm structure, very good, tangy, grippy and slightly ethereal-spicy finish.
