2017 Wachau Ried Achleiten Grüner Veltliner Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

firm nose, prominent mineral notes, delicate vegetal and herbaceous notes, yeasty and nutty traces, restrained yellow fruit. Ripe, fairly firm, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and floral aromas, yeasty and nutty notes, very elegant acidity, very creamy, noticeable high alcohol, salty and chalky mineral notes in the background, persistent, quite full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a very good, juicy, sweetish, creamy, mineral finish. Needs time to mature.
