2015 Wachau Ried Kollmütz Weißburgunder Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Deep, fairly complex nose, vegetal and nutty notes, delicate dried floral notes, white peaches, green citrus and pomaceous fruit, touch of white pepper, light earthy and mineral notes. Firm, slightly creamy, ripe fruit on the palate, partly candied nuts, preserved stone fruit, fleur de sel, green vegetal traces, some sugar candy, prominent mineral notes, ripe, gripping acidity, hint of carbon dioxide, full-bodied, still slightly restless, good depth, firm bite and grip, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a very good finish.
