Yeasty and herbaceous notes on the nose, partly candied citrus fruit, some apple and peach fruit, light earthy and mineral notes, hint of root vegetables, some lovage and juniper. Still totally closed on the palate, fairly firm dry fruit, yeasty, delicate floral and herbaceous aromas, fruit dominated by citrus, some peaches, good substance and persistence, lively acidity, yeasty notes, light tannic grip, fairly firm structure, has some depth, totally undeveloped, slightly creamy, more yeast, herbs and mineral notes on a very good, firm, fairly juicy finish.
