Nose still closed, vegetal and yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit, nutty traces, hint of tobacco, light earthy and mineral notes. Tart, very firm, restrained fruit on the palate,prominent yeasty notes, light nutty notes and some tobacco, lively, elegant acidity, firm structure, good depth, persistent and grippy, prominent mineral notes, quite an elegant style, complex, still largely undeveloped, delicate herbaceous traces in the background, opens up slightly with aeration, very good long finish. Needs time to develop.
