Cool and tart, herbaceous-vegetable scent of citrus fruits and some peach with mineral, yeasty and delicate light floral tones. Clear, polished, finely juicy fruit, vegetable to herbal spice and light minerality going into the salty, lively, very fine acidity and some tannin, lasting on the palate, delicately sweetish melt, lots of bite and life, certain depth, very good, tight, fine juicy and delicately herbal finish with hints of salt.
