Astringent, cool, dried vegetable and clearly mineral fragrance with rather reserved yellow fruity aromas, light floral and delicate tobacco tones and dried soup herbs in the background. Firm, ripe, tangy-juicy fruit with distinct herbal-vegetable spiciness, tobacco nuances and intensive minerality, fine, lively acidity, persistent on the palate, excellent substance and depth, certain enamel, but above all a lot of grip and fine bite, still quite young, but already perfectly balanced, very good to long, tangy-juicy, mineral and herbal finish.
