Translate to English Kühler, tiefer und sehr geschliffener, leicht speckiger Kern- und Steinobstduft mit feinen Zitrusaromen, ein wenig Kandis, kräuterig-pflanzlichen und zart hell-tabakigen Aromen, einer Spur Hefe und mineralischen Tönen. Sehr fest und ziemlich konzentriert im Mund, kühle, saftige, geschliffene Frucht mit hefigen und kräuterigen Aromen, speckig und leicht tabakig am Gaumen, Rauchsalz, dicht und nachhaltig, straffe, feine Säure, deutliche Mineralik, viel Biss und feiner Griff, noch völlig unentwickelt, gute Tiefe, langer, wieder herber und an geräuchertes Salz erinnernder Abgang mit kühlem Saft, aber auch etwas Alkoholwärme.
