Translate to English Noch gänzlich unentwickelter, sehr fester, etwas hefiger und pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, Weinbergspfirsich und etwas Kernobst mit deutlicher, herber Mineralik und Wurzelgemüse. Straff, dicht und saftig im Mund, geschliffene Frucht mit kräuterigen und hefigen Aromen, sehr präsente Säure, komplex und nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr viel Biss, tief, wieder ausgesprochen mineralisch, enormer Zug, noch extrem jung und etwas unruhig, eleganter Stil, hat Noblesse, sehr guter bis langer Abgang. Muss zwingend reifen.
