2005 Wachau Ried Hochrain Grüner Veltliner Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Deep, markedly peppery nose, green and white beans, with tart herbaceous notes and spice mineral notes. Full-bodied and juicy, very elegant acidity, sweetish herbs and spices, very creamy, vegetal notes and black pepper, very persistent, concentrated, at the same time completely transparent, not heavy at all in spite of being full-bodied, enchanting on the palate, deep and perfectly balanced, very complex, tremendous length.
