2020 Ürzig Würzgarten Riesling Spätlese feinherb Alte Reben, Mosel, Germany

A little muted, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hinted at almondy core and stone fruit nose with a hint of mixed berries. Still youthful, lean, sweet fruit with red berry flavours, fine, lively acidity, light carbonic acid, minty and slightly mushroomy notes in the background, has grip and substance, some depth, a touch of salt in the very good, still slightly phenolic-grippy finish.
