Relatively cool, firm, somewhat dried herbal and delicately floral aroma of candied yellow fruits with a hint of red berries and nuances reminiscent of caramel and honey. Quite polished, sweet fruit with delicate floral and a little lactic notes, lively, yet fine acidity, a hint of dried herbs and dark berries on the palate, delicate tannic grip, good persistence, earthy and salty tones, a little wax, slightly smoky and yellow-spicy hints in the very good, somewhat warm finish.
