Deep, concentrated, complex noise, partly candied yellow fruit, citrus zests and some herbs, yeasty and light floral aromas, mineral notes and a touch of saffron. Enchantingly pure, very concentrated sweet fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, floral traces and a hint of tobacco, very elegant acidity, creamy, deep, complex and persistent, brilliant style, viscous but also filigree, very vibrant, hint of bacon in the background, prominent mineral notes, tremendously juicy, concentrated, clear, long finish.
