cool nose, citrus, stone and pomaceous fruit, delicate yeasty and light floral traces, herbaceous traces. Sweet juicy fruit on the palate, tart yeasty and vegetal notes, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic grip, light bitter touch in the background, good persistence, salty traces, still slightly rough and astringent, good to very good finish.
