2015 Erden Prälat Riesling Auslese *, Mosel, Germany

Fairly cool nose, light vegetal and prominent yeasty notes, stone fruit, delicate herbaceous, light floral and mineral traces. Juicy, very sweet fruit on the palate, still undeveloped, elegant, lively acidity, prominent sugar candy, light yeasty notes, herbaceous traces, mineral notes in the background, some honeyed notes, hint of caramel, good substance and persistence, light tannic grip, hint of bread on a very sweet finish.
