Translate to English Leicht krautige Nase nach eingemachten und kandierten Zitrusfrüchten, Äpfeln und Steinobst mit pflanzlichen Noten. Sehr süße, teils kandiert wirkende Frucht mit pflanzlichen, krautigen und etwas getreidigen Noten, sehr präsente Säure, etwas trocknender Gerbstoff, erdige Noten am Gaumen, leicht rau, noch unentwickelt, karamellige Töne, im Abgang süß. sauer, etwas vegetabil und wieder ein wenig rau und nachtrocknend. Muss reifen.
