Clear, tight and deep, quite polished nose of black and a little red berries with fine dried floral and tobacco notes, a hint of meat, juniper, mint and herbs from Provence. Firmly woven, polished, multi-layered, tart-juicy fruit, very fine, youthful tannin and some bite, toasty and smoky nuances, deep and multi-layered, blossoms more and more with air, salt in the background, hints of ethereal herbs, very good to long, tight, complex, quite juicy, again ethereal finish
