Nutty and a little dried-vegetable to tobacco, also yeasty aroma with pome fruit aromas, a hint of citrus fruits and mushrooms. Clear, polished, tart, nutty fruit, smoky, mushroomy and dried-vegetable to tobacco aromas, very fine mousseux and lots of grip, lasting, relatively complex, a touch buttery in the background, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with fine spice and again smoky, tobacco and nutty tones.
