The winery is located in the municipality of Borgomanero (Novara province) in the Italian region of Piedmont. The family has been cultivating vines for three generations; the winery was founded in 2005 by Renzo Duello, a mechanical engineer, under its current name. He had his first experience with winemaking as a child on his father's farm. The vineyards cover 2.5 hectares of vines at 420 metres above sea level. They are planted with the three red wine varieties Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara, which are cultivated in the Guyot system. Expansion is possible on a further nine hectares. Two wines are marketed. The DOC Boca red wine, made from the three varieties with Nebbiolo as the main component, is aged for 30 months in Slavonian oak and a further 12 months in bottle. The second is the rosé wine "Bocarose". About 9,000 bottles are produced every year.
