1990 Boca DOC Vigna Cristiana, Piedmont, Italy

Mature nose, ripe red and some black berries, earthy and mineral notes, vegetal notes with some tobacco, light spicy oak. Clear, firm, quite juicy fruit on the palate, some old oak and undergrowth, earthy notes, more vegetal notes and tobacco, fine, dusty, harmonious tannins, good persistence, full-bodied and has some depth, very well balanced, lively, elegantly juicy finish with a bit of a bite to it. In excellent condition.

Best to drink: Bis 2011+. What our ratings mean
