Editor note: Fairly firm nose, partly dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, touch of yellow spice, ripe, partly preserved yellow fruit, mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, partly candied fruit again on the palate, noticeably sweet, herbaceous notes, some yellow spice, fairly elegant acidity, yeasty traces, light floral notes, mineral notes in the background, good substance and persistence, some dpeth, still very slightly muted, quite sweet again with prominent sugar candy and some caramel on a good to very good finish

One of the eight specific wine growing areas in the Austrian province or generic wine growing area of Lower Austria. The name was given to the area west of Vienna this is the 153 kilometre long river Kamp, which flows through it from Schönberg in the north to Hadersdorf in the south and flows into the Danube near Krems.
