Editor note: Translate to English Feiner, vegetabiler und deutlich an Trockenkräuter erinnernder Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen und erdiger Mineralik. Kräftig im Mund, fest, etwas erdig, hefig und nussig, altholzige Noten im Hintergrund, sehr feine, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, leicht tabakige Anklänge, viel herbe Mineralik, pfeffrige Nuancen, hat Schmelz, aber auch Biss, gewisse Tiefe, ein Hauch Kandis, zart süßlicher Schmelz, noch jung, im Hintergrund Suppenkräuter, sehr guter, für diese Gewichtsklasse erstaunlich kühler Abgang.
