Quite taut, tart, somewhat iodine-like aroma of red and a little black berries with dried floral aromas, pomegranate and a hint of blood. Ripe, warm, quite juicy red fruit, slightly smoky, herbal and peppery tones, fine tannin and some bite, some alcohol warmth, good persistence, foliage, dried flowers and iodine on the palate, some cocoa, hints of bacon, very good finish with salty tones
