Late (August 2020) disgorged version. Somewhat nutty, dried floral and red berry aroma with pome fruit notes and yeasty hints. Clear, quite juicy and somewhat peppery-spicy fruit, nutty and yeasty flavours, moderate tannin, quite fine mousseux, good persistence and substance, very slightly creamy texture, very good, quite juicy and again spicy finish

Editor note: Light floral andyeasty notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, hint of red berries, nutty traces. Clear, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and delicate yeasty aromas, medium-fine mousse, fairly persistent, touch of sugar candy, spicy traces, hint of dried mushrooms, good to very good finish.
