Cool, polished, very bright nose with fine vegetable and delicate yellow fruit aromas as well as herbal-plant nuances. Bright, quite firm fruit, nutty, vegetable and restrained smoky notes, somewhat floral, persistent on the palate, chalky-salty mineral nuances, certain depth, very good, firm, bitter finish, again with a bit of smoke.
