Tart and firm, clearly vegetable, also slightly nutty to woody and floral fragrance with yellow-fruity aromas and earthy notes. Warm, melty, yet completely dry fruit, nutty and vegetable aromas, earthy and slightly chalky tones in the background, has strength, certain persistence, very slightly covered by a crumbly tannin, woody-looking nuances, chalky mineral tones, good to very good, again warm finish
