2016 Großlangheim Kiliansberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken Brodacker, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly cool nose, green vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained yellow and green fruit, some white berries, bay leaf and floral traces. Clear, tart. light fruit on the palate, fairly cool with regard to the high level of alcohol, prominent vegetal notes, light nutty and floral notes, still has very slightly sandy tannins, hint of bacon, becomes noticeably more juicy with aeration, mineral traces, tart, slightly muted, alcoholic finish.
