Nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, light cedary notes, prominent vegetal aromas, wet earth, saffron and tobacco, with aeration increasingly shows ripe pomaceous fruit. Tart nose, initially restrained fruit, much more juicy with aeration, nutty, yeasty and cedary notes, hint of mushrooms, some undergrowth, elegant acidity, tannins still slightly astringent, earthy and salty notes in the background, firm grip, substance and good depth, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good firm, juicy, spicy finish. Only shows its quality on the second day, and should be given some time to mature.
