Nutty, spicy oak on the nose, yellow fruit, light green vegetal aromas, touch of root vegetables, earthy and mineral notes. Bone dry, tranquil, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, slightly smoky, nutty, spicy oak, some cloves, elegant acidity, some substance and persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, nutty traces and light yeasty notes, earthy and mineral notes in the background, more oak and prominent cloves on a very good finish.
