2011 Wiesenbronn Wachhügel Riesling Spätlese, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Vegetable, earthy and slightly mushroom nose with yellow fruit and herbaceous notes. Sweetish fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, nutty notes, light oak, elegant acidity, slightly persistent, light tannic touch, not particularly deep, quite a good finish, very slightly muted and blurry. Holds up pretty well.

Editor note: Translate to English Vegetabile, etwas an Paprika erinnernde Nase mit gelbfruchtigen Noten.
